This week is where I start setting all bs to the side. Yeah, its going to hurt, yeah, I know I can push myself, but how far can I push before complete muscle/body failure? My success is determined on how far I can really take it. However, it also depends on the level of confidence one has; crossfit has definitely built that confidence.
