CrossFit 11:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Buy in :

3x15 sec. L sit hold
3x5 strict handstand push ups 
3x12 walking lunges

W.O.D.

3 Rounds 

400 m run 
21 kettlebell swings 
12 pull ups

  1. This week is where I start setting all bs to the side. Yeah, its going to hurt, yeah, I know I can push myself, but how far can I push before complete muscle/body failure? My success is determined on how far I can really take it. However, it also depends on the level of confidence one has; crossfit has definitely built that confidence.
