inch worm to push up
alternating side to side lunge
walking butt kicks 
boots strap squats 

Buy in 
3x10
overhead squats
handstand push ups 
pull ups 
 
Eight rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
15 Russian lungs
20 Double-unders
200 m sprint
1 minute break
