 Make up day today ! Were going to deadlift and end with a small WOD. Lets do it !!!

CrossFit 4:30 make up

Buy in:
200 m run 
10 pull ups
12 hollow body rocks
15 overhead squats

W.O.D.
5x5 deadlift

Cash out:
800 m run 
50 hollow body rocks
50 kettlebell swings
