     Happy Friday SuperFiters ! Get ready for work today, the main focus is the deadlift but we got a couple small things to do. Easy buy in and a small 3 round cash out. Bring your A game and  get ready to lift today !

15 burpees
10 air squats

followed by
5x5 deadlift 

Cash out
3 rounds 
200 m run 
10 handstand push ups
15 russian twists
20kettlebell swings
