Friday

  Time to run SuperFiters ! Were goin to do a 3 round WOD today. Hopefully it stays nice enough to run outside today. Bring your running shoes !!

CrossFit 11:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

3 Rounds 

400 meter run
20 V ups
10 squat box jumps
5 clean and jerk push ups (kettlebell each arm)
