Good morning SuperFiters, were going to end the week with some basic strength training. We have had a hard week and its time to end it with some fun. Be ready to move some weight today baby!

1 min push ups

25 single unders on jump rope

I hope your all ready for work today because were going to do a fitness check. This WOD will be hard and we need to track it because in 3 weeks were going to do it again and see if we do it faster. Eat well and be ready to kick some ass when you get here.

30 walking lunges (each leg)
12 handstand push ups
400 m run
Check this out now this is a class act right here. Usain Bolt stops an interview in respect to another Athlete from another country. We should all be this respectful. I Love It!
