I hope your all ready for work today because were going to do a fitness check. This WOD will be hard and we need to track it because in 3 weeks were going to do it again and see if we do it faster. Eat well and be ready to kick some ass when you get here.

30 walking lunges (each leg)
12 handstand push ups
