     Happy Wednesday SuperFiters! I hope your all feeling well today because we have a hell of a WOD to do. Make sure you come into class ready to do work. Don't forget to hydrate and eat well today because if you don't I'm sure you'll know it during the WOD.






CrossFit 11:00 am 4:30 pm 


20 minute amrap

50 hand release burpees for buy in and in the remaining time do rounds of:
20 thrusters 
30 toes to bar 
40 KB high pulls 
400 m run
