UPDATE!
Notice to all SuperFiters, I am going to be making a Facebook page for all of our CrossFit WODs. It should be up this afternoon sometime. If not tonight at the latest. I am going to be using that from now on instead of the blog. I think it will be easier and more accessible. Thanks ya'll!
