Monday

I was doing a little thinking over the weekend and started thinking about things we do and things we dont do sa humans in general. Then I started thinking about why I dont do a lot of things and the answer is usually fear. Fear is what stops us from doing something we might really want to do. Fear is also what will shut our body down in cerain situations. And when it comes down to it fear is nothing, its imaginary. I see it everyday when I talk to someone about CrossFit and they say i cant do that or I could never do that. All that is is fear. Obviously your not going to die but that right there is enough to stop someone from possibly doing something they might enjoy. The message I guess is dont be afraid of a little WOD or anything for that matter. Theres a great video that explains it better than I can below. Check it out ! Also we have 2 new SuperFiters Randy and Melanie, welcome !

  1. Well said Joey... You're passage brings me to my favorite quote, "Courage is being scared sh**less, but saddling up anyway."-John Wayne If we are able to get past that initial move when fear overcomes us then we are able to overcome fear every time the wolf knocks at our door. If we don't try to execute, we will never know if we can accomplish that objective.
