Monday

    Weekend Update: I will be in today but by appointment only. I am going to try and be at the gym as much as possible but I need to rest this leg to get better. Be warned that doesn't mean that the WODs will be any less brutal. I'll see you all later today and thank you for your patience and working with me.


CrossFit 11:00 am 4:30 pm

70 burpees
60 sit ups
50 kettlebell swings
40 double unders
30 H.S.P.U. or sub wall walks
