Tuesday

Rest Day

     Hey Superfiters its Tuesday and our rest day, I just wanted to give you all a friendly reminder to rest up today and get ready for tomorrow. Im going to give you some homework today. I want you to all focus on stretching today. I'll put i little stretching routine together for you all at the bottom of today post. and remember if you want to come in and lift today and get some extra credit I'm training at 5:30. so rest up, stretch and if your feeling up for it come in and get a good WOD.

toy soldiers
walking quad pull
inch worm to push up

Mini WOD

15 air squats
15 push ups
30 sit ups
30 supermans
