Crossfit Gymnastics Basics

4x5 pullovers 
2x15 ring dips


followed by 


10 minute a.m.r.a.p.


5 inverted burpees 
10 kettlebell swings
15 toes to bar # 95

This guys has insaaaane skills on the skis
