Wednesday

     How are your legs feeling? Monday was a crazy WOD. I dont think anyone expected it to be as long or as hard as it was. Congrats for finishing it. Thats a XFit notch on the ol' belt for sure. Were doing a little strength training and a WOD. See you all soon.
