     Hey ya'll ! I have a great WOD in store for you today. Since today is so nice outside were going to be doing some running! Get ready for some pain baby. Oh, and go check out the YouTube page there's a butt load of new videos up.



20 minute amrap
400 m run 
50 steps walking lunges
25 hand release push ups
10 hang power clean (dumbbell)
