SUPERFITERS ! Get ready to lift some weights today ! We are only going to focus on moving weight today. The goal for the day... get buff. We will have a skill based warm up and then all were going to do is deadlift. No high intensity WOD today. Take advantage of the break and enjoy the weights. My gift to you.
