5 rocks, 15 second hold. ( complete 5 hollow rocks, at the end of the 5, hold the position for 15's)
3 chin ups, with 10's hold at the top of the bar at the end of the 3rd chin up, with chin over bar.
Part 2
3 Rounds
12 deadlifts
20 sit ups
12 clean and jerk
20 hand release burpees
