Monday

       Its Monday !!!! And its time to get back on track. I hope your all staying on the paleo diet because its almost the end of the month and the winner gets all the loot ! Were going to start this workout with a good ol' fashion chipper WOD. Its actually the WOD I have to do for the wodclubopen so I figured I'd share the love. Also dont get too scared because we will scale as needed.

30 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
